For organisations in the following countries we can bill you in local currency: United States, United Kingdom, Euro zone, Singapore, Hong Kong. For all other countries and territories we invoice in USD. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. Billing is annual in advance.

Yes we do! For a 3-year commitment we offer a 10% discount.

Billing is still annually, so you pay the annual price minus 10% in three instalments.

We work with many large international school groups, US Districts and UK MAT's & Local authorities. The price is simply $1000 for the first 1500 users, then an additional $0.65 per additional user. For larger organizations we can offer custom pricing.

This tool is designed for Google Workspace Administrators and IT Managers who need to quickly and efficiently assess the security posture of a Google Workspace environment. It allows you to show leadership a full summary of your organization's Workspace security.

Security is the top priority; the tool is designed to be completely read-only and adheres to Google's security best practices. It uses Google's standard OAuth 2.0 sign-in flow, ensuring user credentials are never shared with the application. The application cannot change settings, access user emails, read Drive files, or view chat messages. All scan processing happens on secure infrastructure, not in the user's browser.

The tool practices data minimization, storing only the necessary metadata required to generate reports and track history, such as risk scores and configuration snapshots. The application does not store the contents of emails, files, chat messages, or user passwords. All stored data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

If your organization has strict API control policies, you may need to explicitly allow our application to access your data. To allowlist the Workspace Audit app, please follow these steps: Go to the Google Admin Console > Security > API Controls. Click "Manage Third-Party App Access". Click "Add app" and select "OAuth App Name or Client ID". Search for "Workspace Security Audit" or use Client ID: http://837561032142-lps1pmqmssp1ro4rc649hcqqm3qborb9.apps.googleusercontent.com. Select the app and set it to "Trusted" to grant access. Note: It may take a few minutes for the setting to propagate after you save it.

No; to maintain security, the application is strictly read-only and physically cannot write changes to the Google Admin Console. The tool provides "Direct Fix Links" next to every finding, which take the user to the exact page in their Google Admin Console to apply the fix themselves.

The tool automatically evaluates Google Workspace configurations against recognized industry standards and highlights relevant frameworks and control numbers for any deviations. It currently maps to the CIS (Center for Internet Security) Google Workspace Foundations Benchmark. The tool performs a deep analysis of the entire environment, analyzing thousands of user accounts and licenses, every Google Group, Shared Drive permissions, and 180 days of OAuth logs.

Upgrading to Pro provides complete visibility across over 100 security settings, whereas the Free tier is limited to the top 10. Pro benefits include automated daily background monitoring, a historical security timeline, and deep-dive reports for Third-Party Apps, Groups, Shared Drives, and Admin Roles. Pro users also gain the ability to export audit-ready PDF and CSV reports for stakeholders.
