Yes we do! For a 3-year commitment we offer a 10% discount.

Billing is still annually, so you pay the annual price minus 10% in three instalments.

This tool is designed for Google Workspace Administrators and IT Managers who need to quickly and efficiently assess the security posture of a Google Workspace environment. It allows you to show leadership a full summary of your organization's Workspace security.

Our recommendations are based on the Google Cloud Architecture Framework and benchmarks including CIS, NIST, CISA. You can see the "Why" inside the tool: if you expand any finding row, there is a "Recommendation Notes" section that explains the security risk (e.g., why enabling external file sharing is dangerous). We also reference hte specific sub-category of the framework that relates to this setting.

Security is our top priority. We use secure sign-in with Google, and the application only requests read-only permissions for your security settings. We never see, store, or have the ability to change your data or user passwords. All report data is stored securely in your own isolated Firebase project.

The tool requests read-only access to the Google Cloud Identity Policies API and parts of the Admin SDK Directory API. This allows it to read your security settings, organizational units, and groups. It cannot read user emails, files in Drive, or any other user content.
